performed an analysis of hundreds of companies and brands, creating an #innovation map that includes 10 characteristics or types,

which converge into 3 dimensions or themes:


1. The configuration dimension or the structure dimension -

which includes innovation in 4 different organizational, operational, and business worlds;


2. The value proposition dimension, or the product/service dimension -

which includes performance innovation (component, content, quality) and ecosystem innovation (shell products and services);


3. The customer/consumption experience dimension includes innovation in 4 worlds of the brand, customer management, service support, and interfaces/channels.


The idea of ​​such a map is the ability of each organization to examine whether it has innovation in these subjects (and then it is worthwhile to try to locate and characterize appropriate innovation).


Innovation can be produced and promoted in-house,

Or for an exception for consultation and implementation.

Innovation, by the way, does not have to be groundbreaking and disruptive -

But it can also be an improvement and refinement of the existing one.
